Hi All.
ok this is me Elvis. looking out of my new tank.
which is a pleasure to me as since saturday i havan't been able to see much
it was very foggy in here.but clearer now.
I want to tell you a Fishy tail..
she put me in this big new tank after i just got settled in my old one
but first i had to spend most of saturday in a wait for it.............
a plastic tub she puts the shopping in. she has in the boot of her car.
and to top it all used a baby pink net to catch me in.
then yesturday she goes and puts this big brown thing in.
well my first thoughts was can i eat it.????
the seconds was does it bite.????
so i keep going up to it backwards and touch it with my tail to see if it chases me..
i go in backwards so i can swim away quicker.... (i'm not daft.)
but it never moves, so i don't know what thats about
now she is on about changing the filter,so more upset here.
and have you seen the background wallpaper on my tank.???
rocks......its like the side of a cliff. now do i not come out of rivers???????
wheres the greenery,and other fishy friends?????
I tell you why she picked me that day when she went in the L.F.S shop i'll never know.
proberbly as i was at the front of the tank nosying just like now.
well i'll sign off for now. will keep you updated on my progress
as i get BIGGER.!!!!!!!!!!!
and maybe i will be able to get my own back on her,


she does put her fingers in the tank now and again

Sorry you have had such a traumatic rtime - some people just shouldnt be allowed to have fish you know.

Maybe I can help you? The big thing in your tank is probably a large fish called a plec - they come in different shapes and sizes and by the sound of it the one you have is B I G!!! But..........there is no need to worry. The dont swim very well and generally only move at nightime when the lights go down, so you only have to worry about it then.

I would advise that you try to befriend it - after all, it might have been subjected to the baby pink net at some time and have been traumatised like you .

You will then have the advantage over this owner of yours - you can be horrible to her of a day, and your new friend can get her at night.

LMAO ELVIS, you are soooooooo funny!
Keep us up to date with 'her indoors' antics & please stop banging your head when she feeds you, she might stop then you would be hungry & resort to eating the big brown thing we humans call 'bogwood'. If your water starts to turn yellow, tell your owner to add some carbon to your filter to get rid of the tint.
Don't forget to remind her to take it out if you get an upset tummy & need medicine coz the carbon monster that lives inside the filter eats up all the medicine too!

Oh, the wood....Go and sniff it, it could be mopani wood which wont muck your water up but your plec friend wont like the mopani wood as much as bogwood (Looking at your mummy's signature you don't have a plec friend though so it wont matter, it was Aunty Diana confusing me)

yes its BOGWOOD hardly any tanning come out so its the lighter piece.
i have ordered a new background picture bubbles....looks good.
also ordered a 4ft bubble wall for across the back.i hope it looks good
it was a right price
Elvis is still aeroplane'ing around the bogwood.so clearly doesan't like it.
