| Well, today I was doing a water change on my 90L tank and I decided to give the filter intake pipes a bit of a clean as they were looking very grubby. So I dismantled the impeller, cleaned it all out, put it back together again and, after refilling the tank, turned everything back on again except...the filter didn't come on. Cue panic! So dismantled it again, reassembled it...still nothing. Now major panic so just as I was about to ring my LFS to see if I could borrow a spare impeller from one of their tanks, I just thought I'd check the plug and doh! It was slightly pulled out of socket - shoved it in and yup, filter working fine... The moral of the story is, check the plugs first 'coz I made a right mess of the tank in my panic to get the filter impeller out a second time... | |

| I know! It's amazing that I haven't given up at this stage but as with eating chocolate (which I should give up too...), I'm no quitter! | |
