yet another problem just when I thought everything is ok.

I went to get some more rummy noses but they didnt have any so I got some cherry barbs instead. Now one of the mollies has red marks on its fins and a black mark on its side. I am thinking it might be fin rot - do you think that is right and what is the best treatment for it if it is?

Melafix and pimafix in combination to start and plenty of water changes. Red streaks sound bacterial.

Agreed. Sounds more like a bacterial infection. A course of Interpet No. 9 might be of help. Smile
