Please help!!!

I put a couple of plants in the tank a couple of days ago and this morning saw something moving on the gravel. HAd a close look and I have LOADS of small creepy snails crawling about the bottom of the tank! They are gross!

How can I get rid of them? I dont want to touch them or have to deal with loads oif dead snail bodies (as you may guess I DONT LIKE SNAILS!!!)

Get a group of zebra loaches, you will never see another snail Smile

Alternatively...put some cucumber in & weight it down. When it is covered in snails, remove & lob it down the garden then repeat

2 different types of loach whistler.

The Zebra loach is a nice little fish that grows to about 4"long -here's a link for you

The Clown Loach grows to some enormous size, so it's good not to mix the two up!

Here's a link for them -

If you can stand having one or two snails then consider Assassin Snails - they eat other snails.

Otherwise, definitely the zebra loaches - they are fab characters too.
