| Ok, so the last 3 days ive had a glow light tetra die and a molly. Stats are fine (everything 0, nitrAte 40 - due a water change) but looking at my fish now a molly has cloudy eyes (like a cloudy film over them) and so has my remaining glow light tetra. Changes to tank: only thing is i moved my female betta from one tank and put her back in this tank (with the dying fish) about 5 days ago. She has a VERY swollen belly?? Also in another of my tanks my fish are slowly disappearing. Again stats are normal (as above) BUT they just disappear. I now only have 1 rummy nose tetra and 2 cochu blue tetras (i DID have 6 of each when i last checked about 1 month ago). The aquatic frog i have in there is getting a bit big now, could he have eaten them?? he's not fully grown yet though. Do tetras sleep on the gravel at night? i find it hard to believe that a frog can CATCH a tetra???? what do you think? | |

| I reckon the frog could have eaten a tetra, they do sleep or at least rest so could be caught then. It maybe sounds like you have something bacterial going on there though. | |

| Without knowing what is causing it, it's always a possibility isnt it? That must be some frog you've got there! Just tell him that his legs are a delicacy in some places - that will sort him out  Do you have a spare tank you can q the ill fish in? | |
