well i have recived my new tank today and decided to go with the same design as the 4ft as that seems to be working well
getting a little better at siliconing now but still not that good at it
also picked up a fountain from a pump at the lfs for the weir as i have differing levels as the pipes are black and have a ball type fitting at the top which will be modded with teeth to act as a strainer so things are looking up on this tank
just got to decide what i will use in the sump

as i have that 1048 doing nowt and also a couple 2000lph pumps
what do you recon on lph side tank is 150ltrs and sump is 29ltrs
