| Just managed to grab two pics of one of my narky teenage BN's. This is the smaller of the two, otherwise known as Buster. The older one (Mr. Pleccy) stays in his cave during the day - I have a photo of his head though lol Buster Mr Pleccy "I want to be alone" and here's the two trying to kill each other! | |

| Oh definately. He sits there all day, just his head visible. Sometimes he sits like that but upside down, with his mouth open, as if he is snoring! | |

| Is that the disputed cave that he's peering out from? Maybe he's just determined to protect his territory. | |

| Ive got so many caves now they are spoilt for choice! He is peering out of the cave that has always been his. The photo where they are fighting is the other plecs place of residence - not quite as ornate, but it has very good views over the bogwood | |

| Have you got a pic of Sid Rich, would be great to see just how big my two are going to get - they are only small at the mo. Do you feed yours on anything special (sorry if this is covered elsewhere) but I would love to have a proper set down regime on what to feed so I know I am doing the right thing. Thanks |

| BN's aint fussy - IF YOU INTRODUCE THEM TO NEW FOODS WHEN THEY ARE YOUNG
So mine eat anything n everything the rest of the tank gets (flkae, assorted sized pellets, catfish pellets, carnivore pellets) algae wafers (I feed different types and brands to be sure all bases are covered mineral wise) mine also love prawns, cucumber (not too often as theyre is little of use in it) courgette/zuccini, sweet potato (the pink type), fresh mango, fresh pineapple, apple, water cress, spinach, lettuce, peas (squeezed out of shell)
Probably stuff ive missed out (like the blood worms and brineshrim they also love)
Anything new - try several times before giving up as they have to learn what can n cant be eaten and dont forget the bogwood (NOT MOPANI)
Sid is an unsociable little swine and doesnt come out in daylight so pics are hard to get | |
