I bought the same book before I bought any tank etc and all I have toi say is that it is one of not the best starter book available - even better than the dummies type version.

You may be able to sell it via flea bay or amazon trader if no one here buys it

anyone who is remotely thinking about this book, stop thinking, just do it, its a damned good book and not just for noobs either
