| I was playing with the new camera over the weekend so decided to post a few new photos of some of the fish in the various tanks. The four Black Neons currently in the Q Tank... ...plus a few shots of the Otos in the 28L tank. I never tire of the Amano Shrimp in the 90L tank. Finally, some of the stock in the 165L tank. Black Lace Angelfish Bolivian Ram Cherry Barb Siamese Algae Eater Fan Shrimp

I am. But I can't seem to zoom in as closely as I could with the old photo...it just goes out of focus.

They are indeed. Let's see - there's lots of Java Fern and Java Moss. Also Bacopa, Crytocorynes, Anubias nana and Amazon Sword at the back which hasn't grown as tall as expected. Also, the floating plants are Salvinia natans and Amazon Frogbit.

| sorry Mary I have just realised that you had put some of the plant names on the pohoto's. You know in the last couple of pics you can see a lump of some sort of plant on the right hand side that grows up and then across the top of the tank - is that the fern or the frogbit?
Also, how do you make sure that the smaller plants still get all the light they need if you have so many plants across the top of the tank? Dont they make the tank darker?

| Yep. I started off with poking it into the nooks and crannies of the decor and it just spread out from there. Some people tie it down with fishing line or thread but I couldn't be bothered with all that palaver... If you'd like some, just PM me your name and address and I'll gladly send you a batch. | |

| Well it's taken two years to get the tank to look like this so, as with many aspects of this hobby, patience is indeed a virtue. | |
