I've just bought a little 15litre tank with a small filter in the lid to keep the fry in. There's 13 of them now! Very Happy

I have squeezed some of the mucky stuff from my big filter over the stuff in the little tank.

Will it be ok to put the babies in there now or do I have to wait a while?

No I've still got them and they are really growing well! I am feeding them just twice a day now and on bigger flakes, but I also give them some veg and garlic as mentioned in other posts on here.

I think in another couple of weeks I will take them to the lfs.

How often do they breed, does anyone know?

Maybe break off a small bit of filter media from the main tank and put that in the smaller tank filter as well. Test the water tomorrow charley and if the ammonia-nitrite are 0-0, you should be ok. Smile
