Nitrate 10

June 14th

June 15th

Too early to start worrying motsy, it can take a while for things to start moving.

Post your results as often as you like - it's always good to see how you are getting on Very Happy

Matt means you'll be bored lol. I'd not test your nitrAte for now, it'll be up & down like a fiddlers arm during the cycle.

Good luck Very Happy

maybe you know someone who could squeeze some gunk from their filter into yours? Or maybe get some gravel from them?

Failing that maybe ask at a LFS? or buy some decor which has been in the stores tank already (it will all come with bacteria)

Disaster!! I cant find the colour charts anywhere!! I have tested the water and I think the Nitrite is a little bit darker than it was yesterday, but I dont know where the Hell the colour cards have gone - I cant find any of them!! banghead

I am just wondering whether I picked them up with some other stuff and chiucked them - the binmen came this morning. Do you think the lfs would have a spare copy if I asked them??

I always put the lights on my tank too. I used to sit and think how nice it looked and move the fake plants and ornaments around to make it look nice! Very Happy
