| Do fish need anything to supplement their diet - like fishy vitamins? I saw something in a local pet shop that was a food supplement but is it needed? |

| I've never seen any fishy supplements (apart from Cod Liver Oil!!), but I would think that if you feed decent quality food, and give fruit and veggies as well, then they wouldnt need anything extra. There is a stickie on feeding fish, which might give you some info if you read it. | |

| I've said this before, i think a lot of those things are gimmicks. MOst fish foods have vitamins in them. And if you feed a varied diet they should get all the vitamins they need | |

| I think that if they have a varied enough diet with a mixture of flake, veg. and live foods, there's no need for anything else. | |
