PostSubject: Tetratec EX1200   Tetratec EX1200 Icon_minitimeMon Apr 14, 2008 4:19 am

Welli bought one of the above to realise it doesnt fit in my cabinet under the tank so i got the EX700 instead. However as I had tested the EX1200 in a bucket of water the shop would not accept it as a return.

It is a big beast but is silent once running and the air is out of canister.

I am looking to sell it for £40.00 (I have cut the tubes to fit my tank so you may need new tubes) This item is also in ebay..due to the size local pickup would be ideal. I wil post but the charge is to the buyer.

If you know anyone who may be interested pass it on as this filter is around 65-70 new.

If i knew before i tested in a bucket about the shop retun policies I would never have done it banghead

Dave how much would postage be? (To Bury, Lancs or to Scunthorpe if cheaper) I'd be really interested if you could post for a reasonable price. Smile

I know I've got 1 already and it is a fab filter. I don't drive or I would pick up. You are not on the way to Stoke from Scunthorpe are you?

How heavy is it?

Sounds ok either way you weigh it if £15 postage and £40 for the filter is ok. Can you hold it for me please? Do you want to go via ebay as you have listed it or is it easier to sort it out here? Will paypal be ok?

cheers J

Good bargain there ind & the postage is great.
I recently used parcelforce 48, posted on a wednesday & the guy didn't get it until the following tuesday. I was so cross & they wouldn't refund me the £14.99 like they say they do because they said the post office didn't hand it over to them until the friday Mad
I'll remember DHL for next time

also as it is paypal if you are not satified with their service you can ask for paypal to look for a refund

when i last used them they were quicker than they stated i think i arrived next day

they are cheaper than royal mail and a better service as you can have them pick up from anywhere including work
